Senior Site Engineer (Dubai, UAE)
About the Role
Masat Al Safa Building Contracting LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Identify construction challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and inspection reports.
- Monitor material usage and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial construction practices.
- Excellent understanding of UAE building codes, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
